Imported Irish Draught Horse (deceased)
This is where it all began. During a visit to Ireland in 1995 Clintvara was purchased by the Corr Family and imported to Australia. He was a big horse with powerful movement and ground covering paces. His jump was effortless and his temperament better than any horse we have dealt with since.
After his tragic and untimely death on October the 3rd 1997 it was decided to choose three young colts to keep as stallions to continue the bloodline - Leavara, Owen Roe and Star of Clintvara.
Although sadly missed, Clintvara's legacy lives on through his three sons and he is remembered on the Cushavon Park Open Day held on the first weekend in October each year.
