Conqueror King has been the premier stallion at Cushavon Park and the leading Irish Draught sire of eventers in Australia for the last 20 years. Imported by the Corr Family from Ireland in 1998, King was bred by Kenneth and Fulton Buchanan at Coole Stud Farm in Donegal on the west coast of Ireland.

He is fully approved and registered with the Irish Draught Horse society of Australia and also has a fully approved son in the new super sire, Cushavon Kalin Ri and a fully approved daughter in Cushavon Enya.

Conqueror King has successfully competed in eventing, showjumping and dressage. He is also a successful show horse with many champions and supreme champions to his name.

King stands 16.3hh and has that unbeatable Irish temperament and an amazing effortless jumping style. He has a powerful extended trot and a balanced canter, attributes which he passes onto his progeny.

Conqueror King has produced successful progeny across the levels including Cushavon Crackerjack ridden by Kirsty Douglas who won Adelaide two star in 2014 and is now competing at four star level.

 

He is also the sire of the wonderful three star horses Conqueror Mick and Cushavon Babeen and too many more to mention here.

 

Conqueror King is the ideal choice for performance horse breeders of any discipline. He continues to produce one amazing horse after another and his young stock are ridden by professionals and amateurs alike.

 

Conqueror King truly is a legendary sire however, as he enters semi-retirement he is no longer available for public stud.

Cushavon Kalin Ri’ is Australia’s newest fully approved RID stallion, passing his inspection in 2014 as a three year old.

He is 17hh with 9.5inches of excellent bone and correct conformation.

Kalin Ri’ RID has exceptional breeding on both his sire and dam side with Conqueror King RID, a proven sire of excellent performance horses and Casey’s Shadow RID carrying the Laughton RID line known for producing intelligent, talented and kind jumpers.

Kalin Ri’ RID is an exciting home bred stallion with a handsome, intelligent head which the inspectors scored a 9 out of 10, bold, athletic movement and already shows a keen jumping ability.

He has excellent fertility and his first foals have recently been started under saddle showing excellent trainability and jumping talent.

He is certainly an exciting stallion for the future and worth your consideration this breeding season.

Registered Irish Draught Stallion Cushavon Tiernan Ri is Australia’s newest Irish Draught Stallion. He breezed through his inspection in 2022 as a three year old with very high marks and wonderful comments regarding his conformation, movement and temperament. His sire Braveheart is a highly successful Irish Draught stallion in America and is also impeccably bred, being by O’Leary’s Irish Diamond. His dam, Cushavon Enya is by Australia’s most successful Irish Draught stallion, Conqueror King.

He will be available in the 2022/2023 season and we look forward to seeing what this wonderful young stallion can produce.
